No Carbs After 3 PM
All carbs you eat before 3 pm turn into energy, but all carbohydrates you consume after 3 pm turn into the body’s extra energy source. In other words, fat.
No Grapes or Bananas
Yes, they’re natural and loaded with vitamins and minerals, but they’re also rich in fats. So, if you want to lose those inches, stop eating fatty fruit and fatty fish. The latter should only be eaten in small amounts.
More Proteins and Whole Grains
